These brownies are all of the fudgy goodness you could desire, but dairy-free!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder, sifted
- 1 tbsp. dark/black cocoa powder, sifted
- 3/4 cup flour, spooned and leveled
- 1 cup 70% dark chocolate chunks (or dairy-free chips)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix together the canola oil, eggs, and sugars until fully combined.
- Stir in the vanilla.
- Sift the cocoa powders into the bowl, and fold slowly into the batter until combined. Repeat with the flour.
- Fold in the chocolate chunks.

Grease a 9x9 pan with cooking spray and add two alternating layers of parchment paper. Pour batter evenly into the pan.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the brownies comes out virtually clean.
- Let cool on a wire rack for 20 minutes before cutting and serving.
