A delicious take on the classic banana bread recipe!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 very ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 & 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar.
- In a seperate bowl, mash the 3 ripe banans and set aside.
- Mix the eggs into the butter/sugar mixture, then stir in the mashed bananas and vanilla.
- Fold in the baking sode until fully combined.
- Fold the flour in one half cup at a time, followed by the chocolate chips
- Spray a square loaf pan with cooking spray, and add two layers of parchment paper in alternating directions.

Pour the batter into the loaf pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
- Let the loaf cool for 15+ minutes before slicing and serving.
